At Pallet Liquidation Pro, we are committed to delivering quality and value through our liquidation merchandise. We understand that purchasing liquidation pallets comes with unique considerations, and we’re here to ensure your experience is both transparent and fair.

Our Philosophy
We operate on a model that allows us to pass significant savings on to you by sourcing high-quality returned, overstock, and surplus merchandise. Because of this, many items are sold in bulk, “as-is,” and without guarantees. However, we also believe in being fair, flexible, and understanding — which is why we’ve created this customer-first refund policy.
All Sales Are Final
In general, all sales are final due to the wholesale nature of our products. Items are sold “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, including pallets, truckloads, and individual items.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Cosmetic packaging damage due to shipping
- Items sold as “salvage,” “returns,” or “untested”
- Failure to pick up or accept delivery within the pickup window
Situations Where We May Offer a Refund or Store Credit
We want to make things right when appropriate. Refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect Order Fulfillment – You received the wrong pallet or a significantly different load than what was listed.
- Major Undisclosed Defects – Items within a lot or pallet are in a materially different condition than what was reasonably disclosed.
- Logistics Error on Our Part – We shipped to the wrong address or missed a scheduled delivery/pickup that was confirmed in writing.
If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How to File a Claim
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the product and any damage or discrepancy
Submit your claim via email to support@palletliquidationpro.com. You may also call us at (262) 238-3320. We aim to review all claims within 3–5 business days and will notify you of the outcome.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Disclaimers
By purchasing from Pallet Liquidation Pro, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks and rewards of liquidation inventory. We make every effort to provide accurate manifests and product descriptions, but variances may occur.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon pickup or delivery. We encourage you to reach out with any concerns, and we’ll do our best to work with you on a resolution that’s fair to both parties.
